Your kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, cutlery, and more! ✦ EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT: We are strict on our check-in and check-out times as it takes a long time to clean and get the property ready for the next guest. We allow for 1 hour flexibility. If you require this service, please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure as this is not always possible. If problems do arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living onsite 24/7. Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to the booking being confirmed and check-in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable assuming there is no damage to the property.
