Feel free to stream your favorite shows and movies, or work from home as much as you like with our fast Wifi. It includes 1 Queen bed, 1 double bed, 1 twin, and 1 queen pullout sofa bed. All beds come complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our home also has 1 sparkling clean bathroom with complimentary soap, shampoo, body wash, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly! ✦ Complementary WiFi, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, cutlery, and more! ✦ EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT: We are strict on our check-in and check-out times as it takes a long time to clean and get the property ready for the next guest. We allow for 1 hour flexibility. If you require this service, please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure as this is not always possible. There will be a $30 charge or $50(for both) with prior approval to accommodate extra staff with prior approval to accommodate extra staff. 🚤 Additionally, we offer private Aqua Excursions that are completely customizable to your party. If interested in hourly or 1/2 day boating trips, please contact the hosts directly when booking.
Other Details to Note
Please remember that you're staying at a house and not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If problems do arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living onsite 24/7. Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to the booking being confirmed and check-in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable assuming there is no damage to the property. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. 📹 Enhanced Security: For your safety, the property is equipped with exterior cameras at the front, back, and both sides of the house. 🔑 Key-less Entry: Guests will receive keyless entry information before arrival, ensuring a smooth and easy check-in process.

You can also take a train to nearby stations like Long Branch and transfer to a bus. On Foot: The boardwalk is the heart of Seaside Heights, stretching for 2.5 miles and offering a variety of attractions, shops, and eateries. It's perfect for a leisurely stroll, and you can easily walk to most of the popular spots. Biking: Biking is another great option, especially during the summer months.
