We had a great stay at John and Teresa's place. Less than 2 blocks from the boardwalk/ beach. Great location! They are also extremely responsive and helpful! We couldn't find extra sheets, so I sent them a message, and they answered immediately. They were communicative and made everything so easy and welcoming for us!! Would highly recommend and will absolutely stay at their place again!

John and Theresa made our stay most enjoyable, we were allowed to check in early and upon arriving found the unit, very clean, well stocked and conveniently situated. We really love the fact that we could bring our small dog. Everything about the unit made it feel like home away from home. I would highly recommend a stay there and if available would consider returning in the future.

Father and two children rented this beach house in September 2025 (off-season) for a long weekend. I have stayed a few similar beach houses this one was well above average.
Parking was great = this is important!
Location was great; one way street towards the board work = this is important.
Three small but separate and pleasant bedrooms, each had window AC's that worked well, and a television.
The bathroom was pleasant but the second floor (where we had) had no tub; which was fine for us.
Linens were good; there were a fair amount of clean towels and blankets.
Kitchen was nice and clean; everything was newer and worked.
Living area was also nice and spacious; pull-out couch, a work desk (which was perfect, kitchen table, a couple of nice chairs.
Overall, very clean, excellent beach house, I saved it as a favorite and will check if it's available next time I go to Seaside Heights, NJ!

John and Teresa were the most wonderful hosts - from start to finish! They were so easy to reach, communicative, kind, generous, supportive and helpful, especially since I made an error in scheduling. They truly couldn’t have been more accommodating or lovely. In addition, their place is also lovely! Our family of 5 was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. It matches the pictures and description perfectly, and everything feels new and clean and carefully maintained. Especially in a busy beach town, the free on-site parking and location just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk were extra details that made everything easy. I would stay with John and Teresa every time if I could - the best hosts I’ve experienced in Airbnb!

John and Teresa’s place was great! Conveniently located just two blocks from the boardwalk and a short walk from all the rides, games and attractions that my daughter was looking for! The apartment was great and was plenty of space for the two of us. John and Teresa were extremely helpful and responsive to our needs during our two-night stay. Even helped us out when we had a issue with the TV. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice, quiet place in close proximity to the beach and all the attractions!

Stayed here for a girls weekend with my aunt and cousin and had the best time! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and snacks—such a thoughtful touch that you don’t often see. John and Teresa were so sweet and kind throughout our stay, always making sure we felt at home and quick to answer any questions we may have had. Their place is perfectly located, just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and the boardwalk. We were so thankful for how close everything was! Anytime we had a question, they responded quickly and went out of their way to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their home to anyone, and the next time I come to Seaside Heights, I’ll definitely be booking with them again! 🙂
